I used to live in a unit managed by Farnam and had to talk to Lia and Carol multiple times about various issues ranging from utilities, lease renewal, and security deposit. To me, both of them had been the kind of people you could really talk to to resolve issues. I got an impression that they weren’t just seeking for profits from tenants. They–especially Lia–tried to see the issue from the tenant’s side and always tried to come up with a solution that worked for the tenants.
