New Haven – Downtown
Downtown is the heart of New Haven. It is made up of nine original squares that were originally drawn back in the 1600s as the layout of New Haven. Downtown consists of some of the campus of Yale, the central business district, and the New Haven Green.
This neighborhood also has no shortage of some of the best places to eat in New Haven. The best restaurants around can be found in downtown.
Even with all of this, there are still around 7,000 inhabitants of Downtown, making it one of the most residential downtown areas in all of the US.
