New Haven – Wooster Square
Wooster Square is a neighborhood just east of downtown and is named after American Revolutionary War hero, David Wooster. Because of the plethora of Italian-American eateries in the area, it is known in New Haven as “Little Italy,” or simply, “The Pizza Quarter.”
Wooster Square is sought after as one of the best places to live in New Haven because of the food, architecture, proximity to downtown, and the art scene.
