I honestly could not imagine a better experience securing a New Haven apartment than we had with Farnam Realty, and with Peter DiGangi in particular. Peter made the whole process exceptionally easy and was extremely knowledgable about the property and the other occupants. More than that, when we went to the office to sign the paperwork, Peter–unbidden by us–kindly offered our five-year-old a scooter to ride, gave him markers and a manilla envelope, and even invited him to draw on the whiteboard walls. The whole transaction felt friendly, professional, and uncomplicated. I could not recommend Farnam highly enough.
